It has been a long time since you heard from us. To say the least the last 15 months have been difficult and challenging. Medical issues can really take the wind out of your sail. But we are finally turning the corner and are ready to refocus on our passion.
We left off with our Nashville project well into demo. I think it’s time to get you all caught up with the challenges and excitement of a Historical renovation. First up, the Kitchen.
One hundred and fifteen years worth of layers in this kitchen. Inside the back wall was a wood burning stove.
An old back porch was removed to extend the back of the kitchen.
Italian Marble and Granite was used throughout the kitchen
Two Inch Red Oak planks were used to match the other rooms in the house.
Now for the custom cabinetry. Cabinets were staged in the family room and brought in as installed.
The Island begins to take shape.
The Pantry towers are installed
And now for a little sneak peek at the finished kitchen project.
Stay tuned for a complete pictorial of the Kitchen.
