Humble Pedigree hosted our first “Feasting In The Grapes” Event on July 11 at beautiful Falkner Vineyards in Temecula, California.
Our guests were treated to and evening of live Jazz Music, incredible cuisine from Chef Gianni Cicilliot, and an endless stream of fantastically paired wines from Falkner Winery.
Just to wet your appetite Chef Gianni prepared:
Lobster, Jumbo Shrimp, Scallops, Clams and Mussels with a Riesling Broth filled with Kalamata Olives, Capers, Garden Fresh Herbs and Heirloom Tomatoes
Paired with 2013 Viognier or 2012 Chardonnay
“Maiale Preparato Due Modi”
Slow braised Pork Osso Buco with Marrow Beans, Wilted Organic Kale; and Crispy Pork Belly, served with Amante Jus, drizzled with Paprika Oil
Paired with 2011 Syrah or 2010 Amante
Dark Chocolate Semi Freddo
Rich, Decadent Dark Chocolate Semi Freddo served with Toasted Pistachio and Black Strap Molasses Reduction
Served with Coffee and Port 2011

All enjoyed a lovely sunset evening surrounded by the the great Jazz sounds of Smooth Jazz For His Glory.
