Chef Kiffen fuses his renowned Southwestern Cuisine with Contemporary American Cuisine in a manner I have not experienced anywhere else.
One other impressive note is that you are actually encouraged by the top notch staff to relax and take your time so that you have a real possibility of saving room for their magnificent desserts.
